WE’RE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE WHO LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN
KenMont and KenWood Camp is looking for staff members who have a love for working with children, enjoy being part of a team, and believe that mutual respect and positive values can make a difference in a child’s individual development.
As a staff member your responsibilities include guiding children to build good habits, make sound personal judgments and embrace the fundamentals of teamwork. We believe in a work ethic which embraces playing, cheering, learning, caring, and having fun while never losing sight of the ultimate goals of safety and responsible leadership.
We are looking for special individuals who feel comfortable being a child’s role model, provide genuine warmth and sound decision making. Our emphasis is on having our campers build lasting friendships within a family atmosphere of warmth and caring.
